About this artwork

Underneath is an animated short film that inwardly examines Autumn as she tries to separate her dreams from her reality and in the process move on from her feelings of regret, fear, guilt and depression. The film aims to visually explore emotions of regret, fear, guilt and depression through the use of imagery and sound. Here is a few screenshots taken during testing and look development in the concept phase of the film. A lot of things have been changed and improved and I will post them here as time progresses. Model sculpted in Z-brush, textured in Mari, and everything else done in Maya and rendered with Arnold.
